  • Kids

    Sessions are tailored to children between the ages of 5-12 years. They are designed to use boxing to improve movement, cordination and skills in a fun and positive environment. 1:1 or small group training available.

  • Teen

    Sessions are tailored for teenagers between the ages of 13-16 years old. They involve learning the skills and fundermentals of boxing, while building fitness and confidence in a safe environment.

  • Adult

    Personalised sessions for 17 years and up. all levels from beginner to advanced. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals, from fitness, trying something new to becoming spar and fight ready.
