Do I need any prior experience to start boxing training?
Definately not. Each session is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of boxing at your own pace.

What age groups do you train?
Boxing sessions are available for kids (from age 5), teens and adults. no matter your age, boxing always has something to offer.

what should i bring to my first session?
Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and towel. If you have your own hand wraps and gloves, bring them too-otherwise I’ll provide some to borrow.
It’s a good idea to invest in your own to avoid using gloves other people have worn.

do you offer small group coaching?
Yes. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, small group sessions are available. They are a great option if you want to train with a friend and even save some money.

can I use boxing training just to get in shape?
Absolutely. Boxing is one of the most effective full body workouts there is. Its great for weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, strength and stress relief.

how are you training programs structured?
Training is customized based on your goals-whether it is fitness, self defense, amateur competition or personal development.
Sessions typical include: warm up, technical drills, pad work, conditioning and cool down.

is boxing training safe?
Your safety is top priority. all training is supervised and protective gear is used during all contact drills and sparring.

do i have to spar to learn boxing?
Not at all. Sparring and contact drills are completely optional and only introduced when you’re ready and comfortable. Many clients trin purely for fitness without ever stepping into the ring.
